- Advisory and Coaching Services: The Leadership Operating System coaching, custom team alignment workshops, and fractional program recovery advisory.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, frameworks (including IN-01 through IN-15), scoring rubrics, diagnostic instruments, training modules, text, graphics, and design assets on this site are the proprietary intellectual property of Control Alt Recover and Cale Corbett, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
- License to Digital Products: When you purchase a digital product (such as the Strategy Alignment Playbook), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the materials for your personal or internal organizational execution.
- Restrictions: You may not resell, sublicense, publicly distribute, republish, or commercialize our frameworks, scoring models, or course materials without prior express written authorization.
3. Purchases, Pricing, and Payments
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice prior to purchase. Payments are processed securely through accredited third-party payment gateways, including Stripe and Stan Store. By submitting payment details, you authorize our payment processor to charge the designated amount.
4. Professional Disclaimer
Our diagnostic tools, playbooks, frameworks, and advisory sessions provide strategic operational guidance and management frameworks based on executive experience. They do not constitute formal legal, tax, or certified accounting advice. Program outcomes depend on your organization's internal decision-making and execution capabilities.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Control Alt Recover and its operators, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our site, products, or services.
