Coaching is for the practitioner who understands the Playbook but needs help applying it to a live, specific situation -- reading the room, sequencing the reset, and holding the line when stakeholders push back.
Training is for teams that need to move together. It gets everyone using the same framework and vocabulary so the reset does not fall apart the moment one person leaves the room.

Do I need the Playbook before I book coaching?
Yes. Coaching builds on the Strategy Alignment Playbook -- it is applied support, not a replacement for the framework.
How is this different from Workshops / Fractional?
Coaching and training are for practitioners and teams doing the implementation work. Workshops and fractional support are for executives resetting the decision system itself.
